Nancy and her family have made Alaska their second home after moving here from Northern California decades ago, first to Fairbanks and then to Eagle River. Nancy is the top administrative specialist and a vital team-leader that runs the neurosurgery back office, manages the staff and helps patients prepare for their surgery day by providing pre-operative counseling and an opportunity to participate in a Spine Academy designed to maximize patient expectations and understanding of their surgery.
